TISYM now supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) — an open standard that lets AI assistants interact with external tools and data. Manage tickets, projects, customers and work reports directly through natural language, without switching between windows.
What does this mean in practice? Just tell your AI assistant: "Create a ticket for customer Smith, high priority" or "Show me open tickets in the Web project" — and it works.
